The 18" Floor fan can be placed on floor, installed on the wall (hardware included), or used on the pen. It has a 3 speed motor that is sealed for longer life. The rubber cushions on the frame to lower vibration. The fan also uses lock nuts to adjust tilt angle. The 5' cord allows for longer reach. It is a 120v motor with plug installed.
